EDI Integration for QuickBooks
EDI stands for Electronic Data Interchange and loosely defined, EDI is the structured transmission of electronic data such as purchase orders, invoices and shipping notices between organisations.
Now you can have an automated EDI integration with QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions.
The integration supports all inbound and outbound documents between QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions and the Trading Partner(s). The Purchase Order is sent from the Trading Partner, reformatted and placed in the QuickBooks Enterprise Solution as a Sales Order. The corresponding Invoice is then raised in QBES, reformatted by and sent to the Trading Partner(s) in their required format. This also holds true for any other EDI documents that the Trading Partner requires. Many additional features above and beyond strict EDI are supported.
